I am a Visual Designer and Art Director with a "sui generis" approach to visual communication. My work has often been described as unconventional—a result of my refusal to look at design in a vacuum. To me, graphic design isn't just about the arrangement of elements on a page; it is a reflection of the culture, history, and systems that surround us.
My creative perspective is shaped by a deep-seated curiosity about how the world functions. I am a history buff and an avid follower of current affairs, with a particular fascination for urban planning and public transit. I see the same logic in a well-designed city layout that I do in a brand identity: both should be built around the human being, prioritizing clarity and honesty over "tricks" or deceptive patterns. This ethical framework extends to the future of our industry: I am currently deepening my expertise through specialized courses on the ethical and proper use of AI in design, ensuring that as technology evolves, my work remains grounded in human intent and creative authenticity. My goal is always to create work that provides an authentic experience rather than a marketing gimmick.
I have had the privilege of collaborating with both emerging voices and prestigious institutions, including Pio Monte della Misericordia, the artist and designer Allegra Hicks, and renowned architecture studio Sifola Sposato Architetti.
I also participated in the collective exhibition EuroFabrique (2022), presented at the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris as part of the French Presidency of the European Union, under the guidance of contemporary artist Margherita Morgantin. In 2023, I took part in the performance Activation of an Exhibition: Dream Gardens in Paris, organized by the Giacometti Institute and created by artist Charlotte Moth.
I've lived and learned across borders, from the creative energy of Berlin and the fast-paced environment of England to various cities in my home country of Italy. Living in these places for extended periods allowed me to do more than just observe; I absorbed their nuances and integrated their unique visual vocabularies into my own.
I stay constantly immersed in the latest design trends and cultural discourse, not to follow the crowd, but to understand where it’s going.
